Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information ICM-1F24

Condition

The infotainment control module (ICM) checks the circuit for the buttons 3, 6, 9 and #.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ICM-1F24 is stored if the control module registers that the signal in the keypad circuit is too high or too low.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Short-circuit to ground or an open-circuit in the left-hand keypad unit
• Short-circuit to ground or an open-circuit in the cable for the keypad unit.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Buttons on the keypad unit are not working.
