Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information IAM-3021

Condition

If the Integrated Audio Module (IAM) registers that the signal is too low on the signal cable from the speaker in the left-hand rear door, then the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is generated.

The diagnostic trouble code can be diagnosed when the ignition is on.

Substitute Value 

• Nothing.

Possible Source 

• Short circuit to ground on the signal cable between the control module and speaker in the left-hand rear door.

Fault symptom[s] 

• CD player inoperative.
• No sound from speakers.
