Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information PHM-0001

Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PHM-0001 is stored if the voltage to the phone module (PHM) deviates by more than 2.5 V from the central electronic module (CEM) voltage.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PHM-0001 can be diagnosed with the ignition on (not key position 3) and when the battery voltage is 9-16 V.

• Half-burned fuse for the phone module (PHM)
• Defective wiring
• Internal fault in the phone module (PHM).

Fault symptom[s] 

• No or reduced carphone functionality.
