Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information ICM-E010
Condition
The infotainment control module (ICM) checks the power supply.
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ICM-E010 is stored if the control module registers that the power supply is more than 3 V below the supply to the central electronic module (CEM).
Diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) can be detected with the ignition in positions I or II.
Substitute Value
- None.
Possible Source
- Open-circuit or short-circuit to ground in the power supply to the Infotainment Control Module (ICM)
- Contact resistance, oxidation or loose connections in the power supply to the control module
- Relay, infotainment defective.
Fault symptom[s]
- Audio unit not working
- The display does not light
- Functions in the infotainment system are not working
- No or reduced carphone functionality.
