Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) AUD-0014 is stored if the audio module (AUD) registers an open-circuit in the signal cable to the buttons at headset output 2.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) AUD-0014 can be diagnosed when the ignition is on.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Open-circuit in the signal cable between headset output 2 and the control module
• Open-circuit in the headset panel (defective headset panel).

Fault symptom[s] 

• The buttons for the headset output are not working.
