Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information Rem-1A02

Condition 

The rear electronic module (REM) checks the output signal to the relay coil for relay, extended power supply.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) REM-1A02 is stored if the rear electronic module (REM) registers that the output signal to the relay coil is too high.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) REM-1A02 can be detected when activating the relay.

None

Possible Source 

• Short-circuit to supply voltage in the relay circuit
• Defective relay.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The tailgate wiper does not return to the start position.
