Checking The Ignition Switch

HINT: If the vehicle is equipped with Keyless vehicle module (KVM) always use the remote key in the ignition switch.

Are all key positions OK? 



HINT: If the vehicle is equipped with Keyless vehicle module (KVM) always use the remote key in the ignition switch.

If key positions' status cannot be read out, or if the shown key position is invalid, the Start Control Unit (SCU) is probably defective.
