Relay Engine Block Heater

Control module terminal #5 for the engine block heater relay can be activated. In the normal position (the output not activated by the central electronic module (CEM)), the voltage is approximately 0 V. On activation, the voltage is approximately equivalent to battery voltage and the relay for the engine block heater is activated. If the heater or other accessory is connected, it should start.
