Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information ECM-820A
Condition
The engine control module (ECM) performs internal checks after the ignition has been switched off. These checks are complete within 10 minutes. The engine control module (ECM) then cancels the activation of the system relay coil.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module registers that the system relay is still engaged after the activation is cancelled.

Possible Source
- Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable
- Short-circuit to supply voltage in the signal cable
- Damaged system relay.
