When disassembling the connector it is extremely important that the catch on the connector is released first. The connector must be pulled straight off in relation to the mounting to prevent damage.

CAUTION:

Do not use a tool of any type when disassembling due to the increased risk of damage to the connector.

The connector is securely fastened due to the accurate shape so that the connection is durable.

WARNING:

Any damage to the connector can result in the SRS system being disabled.
