Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SWM-001D is stored if the micro processor or steering wheel module registers that the Volume+ switch is activated for more than 5 minutes.

Substitute Value 

None.

Possible Source 

• The Volume+ switch is activated for more than 5 minutes.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The volume changes without the volume up or volume down buttons being manually activated
• The steering wheel radio controls do not function
• The steering wheel carphone controls do not function.
