Diagnostic Trouble Code Information

Condition 

Neither warning flasher nor glove compartment light should have to be on to display the diagnostic trouble code. If fault bit in central electronic module (CEM) indicates a fault, diagnostic trouble code CEM-8F01 is displayed.

Possible Source 

• The warning flasher or glovebox light is short circuited to ground
• The warning flasher or glovebox light is overheated.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Interior lighting does not work.
