Checking The Wiring And Connections

Check the wires between steering wheel angle sensor (SAS) control unit #12 (#A36) and steering wheel control unit (SWM) #13 (#A13) for an open circuit as described in, see OPEN-CIRCUIT, INTERMITTENT FAULTS , and for an intermittent short circuit to ground as described in SHORT-CIRCUIT TO GROUND, INTERMITTENT FAULTS .
