Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information Rem-8F13

Condition 

The rear electrical module checks if the position sensor for the xenon lamp has been correctly calibrated.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) REM-8F13 is stored if the rear electronic module (REM) registers that the position sensor for the xenon lamp has not been correctly calibrated.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) REM-8F13 can be detected after calibration has been carried out.

None.

Possible Source 

• The position sensor for the Xenon lamp is incorrectly installed
• The calibration has been run with the vehicle under load or on an uneven surface.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The road surface is not illuminated.
