Parking Sensor 1-8, Status

Indicates whether the rear electronic module (REM) receives a status signal from the parking assistance module (PAM), indicating a fault in the parking sensor or its terminals.

OK = no fault was found in the parking sensor or its terminals.

Faulty = a fault was found in the parking sensor or its terminals.

NOTE: Sensor 5 - 8 only installed in the vehicle if the vehicle is equipped with front park assist. The control module will always respond OK if the status of sensors 5 - 8 is read off despite them not being installed in the vehicle.
