Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information Rem-1A03

Condition 

The rear electronic module (REM) checks the output signal to the relay coil for relay, extended power supply.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) REM-1A03 is stored if the rear electronic module (REM) registers that the output signal to the relay coil is too low or missing.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) REM-1A03 can be detected when the relay driver is not activated.

Possible Source 

• Relay missing
• Defective relay
• Contact resistance in the relay base.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The tailgate wiper does not return to the start position.
