ICM = Infotainment Control Module
CSC = Customer Symptom Code
DESCRIPTION
During driving, the infotainment sound suddenly may disappear and the infotainment button functions may cease to function at the same time as the ICM display is "frozen". No DTC's set. The climate button functions will still work as designed.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION
Analysis ongoing to define and develop a solution for all root causes.
VEHICLE REPORT
No more reports needed.
SERVICE
To temporarily get the Infotainment functions back, switch the ignition off and lock the car for 1 minute, before restarting the system. Do not replace any components.
