Remove the following items: 

• Driver side register, See DRIVER SIDE REGISTER
• Instrument panel lower, See INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER
• General audio player module, see GENERAL AUDIO PLAYER MODULE
• Combined instrument panel, see COMBINED INSTRUMENT PANEL
