Checking Power Supply And Ground, Convertible Roof Module (CRM)

• Ignition off.

  For information about fuse and terminal numbers, see the relevant service information.

  Check that the following fuses are intact:

  • Main fuse by battery.
  • Fuses for Convertible Roof Module (CRM).

  Check the power supply cable to the Convertible Roof Module (CRM). Check for a short-circuit to ground. Check for an open-circuit.

  Check the cable between the ground terminal and the Convertible Roof Module (CRM). Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage. Check for an open-circuit.

  Check the ground terminal for the Convertible Roof Module (CRM). Check for contact resistance and oxidation.
