Internal Fault: Verification

HINT: After carrying out the repair check that the fault has been remedied.

• Ignition off, wait for at least 1 minute
• Disconnect the battery negative lead
• Reinstall the connectors, components etc.
• Connect the battery negative lead.
• Switch on the ignition. Wait 10 seconds.

  Read diagnostic trouble codes using the VCT2000 (or appropriate scan tool).

  If the fault is intermittent, the fault has been remedied.

Is the fault intermittent? 

• YES 

  VERIFIED:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO
