Removing The Splash Guard

Remove the splash guard under the engine.

Place a container underneath the transmission.

NOTE:

Leave the container in place for the next few procedures relating to removal.

Note the quantity of oil collected.

NOTE:

The collected oil must not be reused.

Drain the transmission oil.

Tighten the plug. See: TIGHTENING TORQUE .
