Checking The Wiring And Component

Check the connections between the left-hand keypad and the infotainment control module (ICM). Check for contact resistance and oxidation. Check for loose connections. Check for damage in particular.

Visually check the cable between the keypad and the control module for damage.

If no faults were found, try a new keypad.

Remedy as necessary.
