Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information ICM-1F31

Condition

The infotainment control module (ICM) checks if the SOUND button has jammed.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ICM-1F31 is stored if the control module registers that the SOUND button has been pressed in for longer than 3 minutes.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• The SOUND button has been activated for more than 3 minutes
• SOUND button is jammed in the depressed position.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Buttons on the keypad unit are not working.
