Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information ICM-B104C23
Condition
The Infotainment control module checks whether the button (The traffic information button on the Japanese market) has jammed.
The diagnostic trouble code is stored if the control module detects that:
- The button (Traffic information button) has been activated for longer than 2 minutes.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position I and II.
NOTE:
The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code is stored when the conditions are met.

- None.
Possible Source
- The button (Traffic information button) has jammed in the depressed position.
Fault symptom[s]
- Buttons on keypad do not work
- HINT: The following only applies to S80 (07-), V70 (08-) and XC70 (08-) manufactured before week 35, 2008: If the trouble symptom is Audio other/Audio unit (complete) not working, Audio other/Display on audio unit not working, Audio other/Other audio problems or Radio/Not working, check and troubleshoot according to: TIE TJ 18609.
