Checking the infotainment control module (ICM)
There are reported problems with the Infotainment control module (ICM) turning itself off at start. This is due to a malfunction in the software and is solved by downloading an updated software.
HINT: A temporary solution is to turn off the ignition for approx. 5 seconds and then turn on the ignition again.
Action
- Go to the tab software and program the control module with the latest software.
Fault symptom
- Audio other/Audio unit (complete) does not work
- Audio other/Other audio problems
- Radio/Does not work
