Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information Pot-B113E23

Condition 

Power Operated Tailgate Module (POT) checks the voltage to the switch for the tailgate's external handle.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• The external handle is activated for longer than 60 seconds.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Activated control module.

Possible Source 

• The external handle has jammed in the open position.

• Tailgate/trunk lid/Hard to close
