Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information AUD-U300087
Condition
The Audio module (AUD) uses settings from the vehicle configuration file in the central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- No data obtained from the vehicle configuration file.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Start up of the MOST network.
NOTE:
The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

- None.
Possible Source
- The vehicle's configuration is not obtained.
- Communication interference between the Audio module (AUD), via the Infotainment control module (ICM) and Central electronic module (CEM).

- No sound from loudspeakers
- Head phones do not work
- Buttons to headphone outlet do not work
