Check whether the vehicle is to be equipped with an occupant weight sensor (OWS) or a passenger airbag switch.

• Download new software to the supplemental restraint system module (SRS).

If the fault persists after reprogramming the supplemental restraint system module (SRS):

• Download new software to the central electronic module (CEM).

Remedy as necessary.
