DESCRIPTION

Software downloads should be initiated by a customer complaint or a Quality Bulletin. The customer complaint should be clearly stated in the repair text. Warranty claims without this description may be rejected.

Service 2.0 Upgrade  should be performed at every workshop visit if visible in the VIDA Software Upgrades list. Service 2.0 cannot be claimed under warranty.

PDS Upgrade  should be performed at Retail Car Customer Delivery. 

Any remaining software visible in VIDA after the PDS Upgrade does not need to be downloaded unless specified in a Quality Bulletin or PDS Plus action.
