Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information AUD-B1A0849

Condition 

The subwoofer has two loudspeaker elements, SUB 1 and SUB 2, and each element is driven by one channel.

The Audio module (AUD) checks the direct current on the outputs to element SUB 2.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• The direct current difference between the outputs is too large.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Start-up of the control module.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Short-circuit to supply voltage.
• Short-circuit to ground.

Fault symptom[s] 

• No sound from loudspeakers
