Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information SRS-B000564
Condition
The Supplemental restraint system module (SRS) checks the circuit for the adaptive steering column.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The configuration is incorrect.
- Incorrect value runs longer than 2.5 seconds.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition position II and III. Only during start-up of the supplemental restraint system.
NOTE:
The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
