Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information CPM-B1D3093
Condition
The combustion preheater module (CPM) checks that there is a burning flame when the heater is running during testing. This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is not normally stored during normal operation, only when the function test is carried out using the diagnostic tool.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- No flame after start-up.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Function check
NOTE:
The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
