Quick Test Of Alternator Function: Information

The function for quick testing the alternator differs depending on whether or not the vehicle is equipped with the battery monitoring module (BMS).

That the vehicle has a battery monitoring module (BMS) can be identified by the module being located on the battery's negative terminal.

Select one of the following functions:  

1. Vehicles with battery monitoring module (BMS).
