Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information CEM-B103D04
Condition
The Central electronic module (CEM) communicates with the Right headlamp control unit (RHCU). The Right headlamp control unit (RHCU) checks the headlamp motors.
The diagnostic trouble code is stored if the control module detects:
- Internal fault in the Right headlamp control unit (RHCU).
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition on or engine running.
- Battery voltage between 9 - 16 V.
NOTE:
The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
Substitute Value
- Shortest headlamp range will be used.
- Side control freezes straight ahead.
Possible Source
- Fault in external connections or in internal connections between components in the Right headlamp control unit (RHCU).
- Damaged Right headlamp control unit (RHCU).

- Headlights/Vertical adjustment not influenced by steering wheel
- Headlights/Headlight aim is off
