Programming Control Module
The diagnostic trouble code is generated when Central Electronic Module (CEM) registers that Steering Column Lock Module (SCL) is not programmed correctly.
NOTE:
The Steering Column Lock Module (SCL) cannot be programmed. The control module must be replaced and a new control module programmed.
Remedy as necessary.
