Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information DEM-P064F05

Condition 

Information about the vehicle configuration is sent on the CAN network. Depending on the model and equipment, the vehicle can be configured in different ways. The central electronic module (CEM) sends the applicable signal ID for the vehicle. The differential electronic module (DEM) compares its configuration ID with the signal configuration transmitted on the network by the central electronic module (CEM).

The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
