Control Valve
The control valve is controlled by means of the activation of the axial solenoid.
Following activation the solenoid changes the position of the control valve. In this way the pressure to the driven plates' working piston is regulated.
The activation can be made in two stages:
- Min.
Means a closed control valve which provides maximum pressure on the driven plates, which in turn provides maximum power transmission to the rear axle.
- Max.
Means an open control valve which provides minimum pressure on the driven plates, which in turn provides a limited power transmission to the rear axle.
