Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information DDM-B11D187

Condition 

The driver/passenger door module (DDM/PDM) both sends and receives information via a standardized serial communication method - LIN (Local Interconnect Network). The Driver door module (DDM) communicates with the control panel in the driver door via LIN-communication.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• Signal missing.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Engine running.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Open-circuit in the communication cable.
• Control panel for the power window mechanism is disconnected.
• Damaged control panel.

• Driver door control panel does not work
