Load new software into the Infotainment control module (ICM).

HINT: When downloading software after replacing a control module, the serial number of the control module is stored in the central electronic module (CEM). This is so that the Infotainment Theft Protection (ITP) function can approve the control module. 

• Load new software into the Infotainment control module (ICM).

If the fault remains after software download, try replacing the infotainment control module (ICM).
