Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information PAC-U200D12
Condition
A camera is connected to the parking assistance camera (PAC) module. This camera is supplied power by the parking assistance camera (PAC) module. A diagnostic trouble code is stored if the ground terminal is short-circuited to supply voltage or if there is an open circuit.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The cable to the camera has an open circuit or is short-circuited to voltage.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- A gear other than reverse is engaged.
NOTE:
The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
