Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information IAM-B1A0412

Condition

The Integrated Audio Module (IAM) checks the signal in the signal cable to the loudspeaker in the right-hand rear door.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

The signal in the signal cable to the loudspeaker in the right-hand rear door is too high.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

Start-up of the control module.

NOTE:

The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

None.

Possible Source

Short-circuit to supply voltage in the signal cable between the control module and the loudspeaker in the right rear door.
