Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information FSM-C113296

Condition

Forward Sensing Module (FSM) checks external components connected to control module.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

Internal components in the visual collision warning indicator do not work.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

Activating the internal test procedures

NOTE:

The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

Possible Source

Contact resistance or oxidation in the terminals or connections.
Open-circuit in the signal cable.
Internal fault in the visual collision warning indicator.
