Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information FSM-C100115

Condition 

There is an external heating coil to prevent moisture on the camera lens or on the windshield in front of the camera.

Forward Sensing Module (FSM) controls activation/deactivation of the camera's heating coil. The heating coil does not activate spontaneously above 20°C, activation occurs via diagnostic command.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• The cable for activating/deactivating heating coil has an open circuit or is short-circuited to voltage.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Ignition on for at least 5 seconds.
• Deactivated heating coil.
