Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information PAM-B1B3896
Condition
The Parking Assistance Module (PAM) checks internal components in the parking sensor, inner, right front.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Internal components do not work.
- Incorrect value runs longer than 1 second.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position II.
NOTE:
The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

- Parking sensor poor contact.
- Open-circuit in the ground lead.
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the terminals.
- Damaged parking sensor.
