• Ignition off.
• Connect the connectors, install the components, etc.
• Ignition on.
  NOTE:

  The engine cannot be started.

  Check that diagnostic trouble code status changes from Permanent to Intermittent.

Is the status of the diagnostic trouble code Intermittent? 

• YES 

  VERIFIED:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO
