Checking component and wiring

Check cable between engine control module (ECM) #A38 (#A38) and turbocharger (TC) control valve #2 for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .

Remedy as necessary

Other information: 

• To connect the breakout box, see Connecting the breakout box .
• To access/replace the turbocharger (TC) control valve, see Replacing the turbocharger (TC) control valve .
• Turbocharger (TC) control valve #1 has Ubat power supply from the system relay.
