Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information HCM-2295
Condition
Headlamp Control Module (HCM) receives information about the control's position on Light switch module (LSM). Signal is sent via the central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Information about control's position on Light switch module (LSM) missing.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Activated control module.
NOTE:
The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
Substitute Value
- Headlamp Control Module (HCM) assumes that lateral control according to steering angle is active (control for light switch in position "3").
