The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the multimedia module (MMM) registers that communication with the DVD player is interrupted.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on.

Possible Source 

• The DVD player does not respond to communication from the multimedia module (MMM).

• The information on the display is not updated.
