Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information ECM-A11D

Condition 

The engine control module (ECM) monitors the car's radiator with the help of a Premair sensor. The sensor communicates with the engine control module (ECM) via LIN-communication. LIN is a standardized serial communication method (Local Interconnect Network). The sent information is encrypted. The purpose of the sensor is to ensure that the right radiator is fitted on the vehicle.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the engine control module (ECM) receives information from the Premair sensor that a fault has been detected.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is on.
