Checking The Components And Wiring

Check the fuse for the air conditioning (A/C) relay.

Check the signal cable between engine control module (ECM) terminal #B10 (#C10) and air conditioning (A/C) relay connector terminal #2. Check for a short-circuit to ground. Check for an open-circuit.

Remedy as necessary.
